Regular Janitorial services

When you open an account with us, based upon the cleanable square footage and the office traffic, we set the adequate cleaning schedule to maintain your office always looking sharp. The cleaning is always performed on the days and times agreed. Regular janitorial contract includes full cleaning of the office, dusting, vacuum the carpets,clean and disinfect restrooms and filling its paper supplies and management of waste disposal and recyclables as per the city codes for your area.
Changing light features can be added if so requested.

Any specialized services, as shampoo carpets, window cleaning, strip and wax floors can be part of the contract and put on a yearly schedule at a discounted package rate or ordered upon request at its regular estimated price.
