Quality means the degree of excellence which a thing possesses.

The Quality Control (QC) program was created to verify that every aspect that makes a healthy building are maintained to the proper standards and to fix any performance below that average.

Our Quality program starts with In-house training of our personnel before they are assigned to a building.

Then they are apprentice on site under a supervisor as many days as needed until the janitor has full grasp of the needs for that particular business.

The Supervisor then lets the janitor clean on his own alone and verifies that the work was properly performed.

Depending of the characteristics of the building the supervisor does a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly inspection following a detailed checklist that includes all the details that are part of maintaining a clean, healthy building.

All the accounts are at least inspected once a month by a supervisor.

Quarterly reviews are made by one of the owners. In this case a more in-deep inspections and walk through is done with the client to ensure nothing gets overlook.

Finally the client can choose to receive a monthly survey on the performance of the cleaning personnel which help the company detect and prevent any instances of quality below the expectancy of the client.
