Cleanserv Universal Services, Inc is a company founded by Mr. Rosendo Carranza since 1985.
Mr. Carranza started Cleanserv as a family business and acquired lots of experience in the cleaning industry by cleaning himself, but rapidly found himself fulfilling a growing demand which took him to the next step of expansion, thus he incorporated his business to Carranza Enterprises, dba Cleanserv Universal Services, Inc.
As the industry evolved, the need for additional support became a must and he added additional administrative and managerial personnel to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
In recent years, Sebastian Alongi Vice President joined the team, bringing a new era of organization by implementing the Admin-Know system which includes Organization Chart of functions, Financial Planning for a cost-effective operation while maintaining High Quality standards, Internal communication system, Crew training & performance evaluation, management by statistic and other important activities that are part of administering a company.
Mr. Alongi is passionate about providing environmental solution to the work place, thus he is a constantly researching & implementing Green sustainable Program’s and as part of his activities he made Cleanserv headquarters into a Santa Clara Green Certified Business.
Office Support and the Customer Service department are managed by the Executive Office Manager Mrs. Ana Alongi. She has decades of experience on leading fast pace production activities as she used to work for top executives of international companies, like Renault Argentina and, Ultra-Ocean for many years.
Together we work with only one goal in mind which is to provide a high quality and affordable green sustainable building maintenance program that help creates healthy environments to work.
We are a Santa Clara green certified business, member of several chamber of commerce and organizations.
All the cleaning supplies we use are green certified as we are firm believers that toxins from chemicals are a factor that affect health and productivity and thus we strive to provide more than just cleaning, but a better work environment for you and your work place.
Our rest room products are also 100 % recyclable and contrary to the common thought we have come to discover that green product are actually better cost-efficient, while helping the environment and our planet.
